Terms & Conditions for PolluxRank

PolluxRank is a product built and managed by Makotai. By using PolluxRank, you agree to use the platform responsibly, provide accurate account and website information, respect applicable laws, and avoid submitting content or requests that are unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringe on third-party rights. PolluxRank helps with website research, content planning, editing, scheduling, and publishing workflows, but customers remain responsible for reviewing generated content before use.

Accounts and access

Users are responsible for keeping login details secure, managing authorized team access, and ensuring website connections or publishing permissions are used appropriately.

Content and publishing

AI-assisted content, research suggestions, keywords, and publishing plans should be reviewed by the customer before publication. PolluxRank does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or specific search results.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans, usage limits, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the pricing and billing terms shown at purchase or communicated by PolluxRank. Stripe payment processing will be added separately.

Acceptable use

PolluxRank must not be used for spam, deceptive content, unauthorized access, scraping private systems, harmful automation, or any activity that could damage the platform or third parties.
